Piasa watercraft builds are a first come first priority operation. Our build progress method allows for easy to plan and budget in segments of your watercraft.

At any stage you may have the work we've completed sent to you. Finished or unfinished. This allows the DIY builder to do their own personal touches at their leisure. Perfect for those who have a damaged PWC with a good engine and drive system to repurpose those into an aluminum craft.

Any prject build that is sent to the customer prior to the final "HIN phase" will not be provided a Piasa brand Hull Indentification Number and will not be eligible for the Rotax Motor options. Those are OEM only from start to finish. All projects that are sent to the customer from after the HIN Stage will be USCG code compliant as a new build.

Purchase Phase 1: Material Cuts

The first step of the process is obtaining and cutting the materials to be welded. All Hull parts will be plasma cut and deburred.

For the DIY guy with a welder, this will get you started with accurate and ready parts.
